Drawing as Evidence of Process

Drawing by hand is integral to my design process.  As the artist Tom Sachs says “I continue to make sculpture by hand because I like the history and the evidence of the process.”  A co-worker once said they could see my thought process by looking at the drawings I produced in project conversations. My sketches and illustrations are rarely published and this blog entry give’s me a place to exhibit this work. Many of the sketches here are used in presentations as “Transformational Products” or as Evgeny Morozov says: “products that engage users without words”.
